These load switch ICs (Integrated Circuits) serve as power supply ICs with built-in output drivers and transistors fabricated using CMOS technologies. This integrated system offers advantages over traditional discrete configurations, such as low-voltage operation, low current consumption, and low-on-resistance characteristics.
