Compact Design for Space Optimization
Our Endis® switchgear features a compact design that eliminates the need for terminal compartments. Instead, plug-in modules replace switches, contactors, and discrete monitoring technology. Conventional disconnecting switches are no longer required as each plug-in unit functions as part of the disconnecting device. The power bus with plug contacts simplifies wiring, saving both space and time. This standardized approach allows any compatible plug-in module to be easily inserted into the standardized slots.
Modular Technology for Versatility
While modular technology is not new, our Endis® switchgear takes it to the next level. There is no need for a manual connection between the plug-in module and the switchgear for power and control lines. Simply push the plug-in module into the switchgear and switch it on using the disconnection device. All connections are automatically established without additional effort. We offer a wide range of plug-in modules for various applications, including power contactors, double contactors, insulation monitors, and power switches.

Integrated Control and Monitoring Electronics
Gone are the days of manually setting individual monitoring components. Our switchgear incorporates a protective module that assumes all control and monitoring functions of the plug-in module. This integration streamlines the system and allows systematic parallel control via contacts or serial control using field bus adapters through our MINCOS product families.
Easy Parameterization for Hassle-Free Operation
The protective module communicates with the display module in the switchgear through a serial data bus. This allows essential information from the plug-in modules to be displayed, parameters to be set, and settings to be saved to protect against voltage loss. The flameproof enclosure of the switchgear does not need to be opened for this purpose. When changing a plug-in module, the values stored in the display module are automatically transferred and stored in the protective module. This eliminates the need for re-entering parameters, ensuring seamless operation.
Plug-In Connections with Disconnecting Devices
Endis® switchgear for low voltage eliminates the tedious wiring and connection to terminals in tight terminal compartments. All external connections are established using plug-in connectors, significantly reducing installation time. Each plug-in module comes with a disconnecting device for easy separation from the power bus. The power connector plug system covers a wide range of main voltages up to 1.1 kV and nominal currents of 400 A. When assembled, all three designs offer flameproof enclosure type "d" protection for nominal voltages of 250 V (lighting systems) and 1.1 kV (small and large drives). The solid and robust construction of the plugs allows for reusability. Additionally, we also provide switchgear for medium voltages of 3.3 kV with plug-in connectors, ensuring comprehensive solutions for diverse applications.
